Shipping Policy:

Packaging takes 7-14 business days to complete (the amount of days it takes for the package to be delivered to the customer after being picked up is on the carriers)

If you receive your package and an item is missing please contact the vendor within 48 hours, otherwise we're unable to comply. If your package was stolen, damaged, or never delivered even after being picked up from the vendor then you must contact the carrier.

 

(Our shipping process time is an estimated 7-14 business days Not including Saturdays and Sundays or Holidays).
Any pre-order or customs can take up to 2-3 weeks EST if we don't have the design in stock ,we have to pre-order the design , We hand custom all of these items Once we receive it we will work on your tumbler or t-shirt/sweater. thank you for your purchase
