Tone Setter Brightening Facial Toner: TONE SETTER BRIGHTENING FACIAL TONER gently refreshes your skin without stripping it of its natural moisture. Designed to minimize pores, control oils and calm redness. Formulated with a high dose of Vitamin A, C and E to reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and increase collagen. Making it perfect for all skin types.

How to Use:

Apply product onto a cotton pad. In a circular motion, glide over the face and neck avoiding the eye area. Use before applying serum and moisturizer. Testing on a small area is recommended. Apply this product after washing/cleansing face with our facial cleanser. Follow through with our hydrating serum.
