Returns / Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All products are final. Janet's Beauty Shop.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

  Refunds (if applicable):

  • Refunds are applicable on returned orders due to incorrect addresses or deemed as "undeliverable" by USPS. A $5-$10 shipping fee may be applicable. 

   

  Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
