Refund policy

 Sales, Refund, and Chargeback Policy

Due to the low-cost nature of our products, Janet’s Beauty Shop.com operates under a no-refund, no-return, and no-exchange policy. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request at our sole discretion.

In limited circumstances, store credit may be issued at our discretion. If a refund is approved, a 30% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or deemed undeliverable by USPS may be eligible for store credit or refund, less applicable fees. A $5–$10 shipping fee may apply.

Chargebacks: By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact Janet’s Beauty Shop.com first to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for orders delivered, shipped, or processed in accordance with this policy may be disputed with the payment provider and may result in account restrictions.
